I’ve seen many requests for cancer/awareness ribbons to cut in CDS/Gypsy for Cricut. This is probably because of Cricut’s release of the Pink Journey (Breast Cancer) cartridge, which is exclusively available by purchasing the pink Expression bundle. And while the pink bug IS cute, I know I do not have enough $$ to blow on a brand new machine just to cut a ribbon!
I have seen a few ribbons out there, but I was just not happy with them. (Not that they weren’t creative, but it just wasn’t the style I was looking for.) So, in light of the fact that I needed a ribbon (teal, of course, for ovarian cancer!) for an upcoming Relay For Life, I decided to create my own using George:
